Program
The Confidence and Connection Program helps teenage girls to stop comparing themselves to others and what they see on social media, now that they’re comfortable in their own skin and connected to a group of like-minded girls their age.
Through this 6 month transformational program that incorporates photoshoots as well as workshops and inner work we help teens who identify as female to SEE in themselves what their loved ones see – their beauty, worth, and uniqueness.
She’ll get:
Stop looking outside of herself for validation since she knows it’s her uniqueness that makes her beautiful
Put an end to letting social media dictate how she feels since her confidence comes from within
Feel more comfortable connecting to her authentic self and owning her beauty
Get connected to other girls her age that are on the same journey of becoming comfortable in their own skin
Help her be less susceptible to peer pressure and what others are doing, wearing and saying

I discovered how transformational this program is almost by accident. I had a senior spokesmodel program for five years (from class of 2016 to class of 2020) that was an extension of my senior portrait experience. My mission in my photography business has always been to empower girls and women, but I was shocked at just how transformational this program ended up being! By the end of our time together these senior girls were transformed, I was stunned by their shifts in confidence that came from really seeing they’re beauty and feeling supported by a team of girls and an adult who truly sees and understands them.
Seeing what a difference it made for my seniors, I wanted to create something that could be even more transformational and help more girls.
Now I’m making the program available to teenagers who identify as female, between ages 15-18 (freshman through seniors in high school), and adding an incredible coach to the team to facilitate empowering and transformational workshops to take the work we do to the next level and truly transform your daughter’s sense of self.

HI I’M LUCIA kiel, a santa barbara based, ACCREDITED master portrait photographer.I created this program because as a mom, and a girl who was bullied all through school, I deeply understand the pain of low self-esteem, and have made it my mission in life to empower girls and women through portraits.
I distinctly remember feeling ugly, and worthless, and believing that since I didn’t look like the girls in the magazines I would never be beautiful (and I didn’t even have social media to deal with!). It was so deeply disheartening and damaging, the need to fit into a box of what was considered pretty and worthy of love and attention.
If I had had a program like this it would have helped speed up my self-love journey drastically. I know this because I have seen the transformation first hand, photoshoot after photoshoot. Not to mention how many moms have told me what a pivotal and transformational time the program was for her daughter and her self-esteem.

The Confidence and Connection program is for teens who identify as female in 9th through 12th grade. It is a 6 month program that will add to their ability to navigate high shool and make high school an amazing time. But don’t stress, it will not add to their time commitments or already overburdened schedules. The program will consist of both group and individual empowering photoshoots and workshops to transform their confidence and self worth.
The timing of six or more events will be based on the schedules and pace that is best for this unique group.
The group will be capped at 10 girls for each cycle so that Sandra and I can give them our full attention and care.

Meet sandra daniele
Sandra is the founder of Wish on Wildflowers a business dedicated to transformational coaching, learning and self-development.
Consider her your personal cheerleader and accountability partner with a bit of tough love to keep you focused on what’s important for you to feel good about yourself.
Sandra has been passionately coaching since 2019. She is a certified life coach as confirmed by the International Coaching Federation and received her MBA from Pepperdine.
Her desire is for women and teen girls to be connected to themselves so they can fearlessly show up in the world confident, authentic, and joyful. Basically unstoppable!
She will be leading us in four incredible workshops and will be a resource and source of support for your daughter.

Rising freshmen through seniors in high school who identify as female are welcome. There will eventually be a group for tweens (11-14) as well.

Yes! I have a beautiful studio in my home in Mission Canyon. We are in an olive orchard right across the street from the Botanic Garden. All photoshoots and workshops will take place in this peaceful and safe location.

This is a six month experience and will start in September. The bulk of group photoshoots and workshops will take place in the first four months and then the individual options will be available for the the next two to three after that.
